Corporate structure and the Diversified Universal Legal Center

Diversified Forms is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product of Diversified SaaS, Inc., a wholly owned company of Diversified Universal LLC.

Diversified Universal LLC maintains a centralized Legal Center and Universal Framework at diversifieduniversal.com/legal. Certain Universal Framework policies may apply across one or more companies, products, services, or brands. Applicability and precedence are determined on a policy-by-policy basis according to the language of the applicable documents. Product-specific and company-specific provisions remain in effect unless expressly stated otherwise.

This Legal Center remains complete and self-contained for Diversified Forms customers. The Diversified Universal Legal Center is provided as a convenience reference and is not a substitute for the documents listed above.
